Our technology enables the three-dimensional reconstruction of domains and sub-domains of an antigen target.
The use of such reconstructed domains or sub-domains for immunisation purposes, rather than using the whole antigen, allows to focus the immune response against a preselected region of this antigen. The raising of antibodies directed against non-immunodominant or cryptic regions is made easier.
Customized antigen development provides a wide range of applications such as therapeutic antibodies or vaccines development. These de novo antigens can also be used as reagents in In Vitro Diagnostics or as biotools for the detection of receptor-ligand interactions.
